What part of yourself do you miss the most?

Comment below.

Sometimes numbness isn't the absence of emotion. It's the feeling that somewhere along the journey, you lost touch with the person you used to be. Maybe you miss your ability to trust, to laugh freely, to dream about the future, to feel close to others, or simply to feel safe in your own skin. Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that were buried beneath pain, shame, fear, and the work of surviving.
